Where we ship
We currently ship only to valid addresses in the United States.

Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Estimated delivery
FurLift orders using the available U.S. fulfillment route are generally expected within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, or an incorrect address.

Address changes and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible at info@shopboutelle.com if an address is incorrect. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to change the address. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier first and then email us.
